L.D.A Services has the expertise to undertake a wide variety of projects, from small scale local development such as residential dwellings and outbuildings, through to large scale industrial and commercial developments and high level strategic planning initiatives.

Woodlands Agri-Tourism Precinct
Somersby, NSW
This project ran in the early 2000's and represented a significant investment by international players to create an agricultural tourism precinct within the Somersby Plateau on the NSW Central Coast.

Comprising land re-zoning, restaurant and dining facilities, a function center, world-class golf course and a growers market, L.D.A Services assisted in providing planning advice and regulatory review support as part of the application process.

"The Challenge"
Commencing in 2023, L.D.A. Services has been one of the driving forces behind a collaborative strategic initiative to highlight strategic planning issues and struggles within the Central Coast Region of NSW and promote regional growth.

This initiative includes local interests, business & industry professionals and has required engaging heavily with local, state and federal government bodies to highlight issues and promote viable development solutions for the Central Coast region.

Regional Development
"Missed Opportunities"
Throughout late 2023 and into 2024, L.D.A Services has been involved in a process of strategic historical review regarding the regional development history of the Central Coast Region and the range of missed opportunities and unfulfilled potential of the region.

Undertaken at the request of State Government interests and representatives, this undertaking is designed to provide summary and review information about the potential for the region whilst providing insight into mistakes of the past and how best to capitalise on development opportunities going forward.
V.V. Bins
Resource Recovery Facility
Somersby, NSW
Commencing originally in 2016, this project involved the preparation and application for a Resource Recovery Facility in the Somersby Industrial Park.
​
L.D.A. Services provided a range of services relating to project management of the application and the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement. We also undertook liaisons and representations with Council and the Regional Planning Panel on behalf of the client throughout the application process.
